With over 20 years of experience Anthony has a strong background in professional sports and competition training. Anthony played baseball in college and then professional baseball for 3 years. His passion for fitness lead him to become a personal trainer in 1989.

After baseball Anthony began competing in Power lifting and continued to do so for 12 years. For 10 of the 12 years he was ranked in the top 10 power lifters in the world. He placed 2nd in 1997, 1998 and won Gold in 1999 in the world championship and set a world record in the Bench press in his weight class.
