If you want something and I mean you truly want something then you have to be prepared to commit your entire being to what it is your soul craves.
•
You have to make your intentions very clear to the universe and you have to be willing to put your ego and pride aside because they simply will not serve you in the pursuit of your happiness and what it is you truly want.
•
You have to be persistent and be willing to fight the good fight for as long as it takes for you to get what it is you want, it might take months or even a decade or two but if you keep believing and commit yourself to such a level eventually it will all unfold in your favour.
•
Now I know each and every one of you have the power to get what it is you truly want and in many cases you have done exactly that many times in your life, without even knowing.
•
Getting what it is you want is the easy part, holding onto it is another story and in many cases we become become complacent and start to neglect all that we have created, loved and worked so hard for.
•
Always remember you lose what you love and what is most precious to you when you neglect putting in the same amount of effort and energy that you did to get it in the first place!
•
If it's important to you then you have to be consistent and give it all your attention and care and that is absolutely true for your relationships as it is for your business, career, health, wellbeing and finances.

While officially Memorial Day is still set aside as a day to honor American servicemen who died in combat, it has become merely a three-day weekend for most people, many of whom have no idea as to its origin and significance. Unfortunately, they probably couldn’t care less.

There is something we need to remember: The U.S. military today is comprised strictly of volunteers. The men and women who serve in our armed forces are there because they value the freedoms many of us take for granted. We forget there are people who would seize the opportunity to deprive us of this freedom were it not for the strength and dedication of our volunteer military.

May God continue to bless America as a result of the sacrifices of the many we gratefully pause to honor this Memorial Day weekend. #memorialday #honor #military #heros

Memorial Day commemorates the men and women who died while in the military service of their country, particularly those who died in battle or as a result of wounds sustained in battle. In other words, the purpose of Memorial Day is to memorialize the veterans who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country. We spend time remembering those who lost their lives and could not come home, reflecting on their service and why we have the luxury and freedom that we enjoy today. Quick upper body hit. Give it a shot. Quality movement over everything else! Push-up Pyramid

Do a single push-up followed by a single unloaded strict overhead press. Rest 10 seconds. Do 2 push-ups followed by 2 unloaded strict overhead presses. Rest 10 seconds. Continue this pattern up to 10 of each, rest 10 seconds then descend backwards in reps to 9 each, then 8 each all the pay down to 1 each. That’s it!! Give it a shot. If it’s too easy, you can always go to knuckles or fingertips, if that’s too easy, go one handed, or one hand one leg. If these are too easy 🤔 I want to meet you personally, then have you double the reps👍🏼 🏆

Quick hit home tabata-ish workout. Less than five minutes! Load up a front squat however you choose. It may take a few times to dial in the correct resistance for you, but once you have it, this is a simple burner you can do on a day you that you’re strapped for time.
Grab a dumbbell, kettlebell, sandbag, bowling ball, backpack with something heavy from the house, etc. you can get creative if you don’t have access to free weights. Rack the weight however you choose, whether it’s single handed, two hands, loaded on your back, etc.
Front Squat
8 reps rest 10 seconds
8 rounds
STRICT FORM!!
