Lu holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Medicine with a Minor in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology. Her background includes corporate fitness, cardiac rehab, physical therapy, and a research internship at the Cooper Institute in Dallas.

She also co-authored the book A Happy Healthy You; a guide for women on the benefits and techniques for life-long wellness. Her advanced knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and bio-mechanics allows Lu to achieve transformational results for clients.

She is well versed in a variety of disciplines within body-composition enhancement, weight loss, pre/post natal training, rehabilitation, recovery, and geriatrics. Lu’s broad and diverse experience allows her to connect and to drive results for a variety of clients spanning gender, age, and current physical condition.
