Lu holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Medicine with a Minor in Psychology. Her background includes corporate fitness, cardiac rehab, physical therapy, and a research internship at the Cooper Institute in Dallas.  She also co-authored the book A Happy Healthy You; a guide for women on the benefits and techniques for life-long wellness.

Her advanced knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics allows Lu to achieve transformational results for her clients. She is well versed in a variety of disciplines within body-composition enhancement, weight loss, prenatal and postpartum training, rehabilitation, recovery, and geriatrics. She is also certified as a kettlebell instructor. Lu’s broad and diverse experience allows her to connect and to drive results for a variety of clients spanning gender, age, and current physical condition.

Lu challenges her clients to push beyond their current boundaries through functional exercise and holistic wellness.  As your trainer, she takes a personal interest in your well-being and defines success when your desired goals are accomplished.  She believes in a balanced lifestyle and will design and implement a training program customized to your needs.
