Working out at ESP is not boring and having a trainer that really knows his stuff means you get significant/noticeable/measurable results in a minimum amount of time. The variety of things we do is far beyond anything I could have imagined and makes working out actually interesting and fun. If money ever becomes an issue, I would give up a whole lot of other things before I’d give up working out at ESP with such a knowledgeable trainer like David. – Ginny Jackson

Workout studios are always intimidating at first, particularly if you are not naturally athletic. However, the trainers and the atmosphere are so professional and welcoming that I quickly got over that fear

My experience has been life changing. Working out at ESP for the last ten years has left me in better shape at 55 than I was at 45. Most importantly, it has made me strong enough to do and enjoy a wide range of activities, from skiing to golf to cycling to swimming with strength, balance and flexibility.

I am very fortunate at 77 years old I’ve always been able to do everything that I could do when I was in high school, albeit not as long or as fast. My working out, practicing yoga, discussing a myriad of things my personal trainer about how to maintain my body and health has been crucial in my conditioning to be able to say that.

I have been a client at ESP for more than 15 years. It has always been a place of professionalism, support and camaraderie. After exercising there for a short time, you begin to feel like the entire staff has your back. Although I’ve always worked with the same, world-class trainer, every other trainer is friendly, encouraging and clearly at the top of their game.

With the exception of tennis and my busy life, I was not a very active person before I started working out with Lu. Our biggest accomplishment was definitely reversing the diagnosis of osteoporosis, which has saved me from injuries and immobility. Over the years, I have continued to build up my strength and stamina, which allows me to keep up with my 9 grandchildren. I can’t say that I always look forward to walking into ESP, but I most certainly always feel great walking out.
