CHILDREN’S PRIVACY POLICY

Extreme Studio Performance LLC (“ESP”) will be collecting, using, and disclosing images, photographs, and video recordings of children, under the age of thirteen (13), participating in activities at ESP and on ESP’s premises.

ESP will be disclosing said images, photographs, and video recordings on ESP’s website, Facebook, and Instagram for purposes including, but not limited to, public relations, news articles or telecasts, education, advertising, fund-raising, and marketing.

The type of personal information that ESP will be collecting from children includes images, photographs, and video recordings of children participating in activities at ESP and on ESP’s premises. This information is collected through an ESP employee, who is on site, taking photographs and video recordings of children participating in activities at ESP and on ESP’s premises. Said images, photographs, and video recordings will be disclosed to Facebook and Instagram for purposes of public relations, news articles or telecasts, education, advertising, fund-raising, and marketing.

Parental Rights

ESP will not require a child to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in an activity at ESP or on ESP’s premises.

Parents/Guardians can review their child’s images, photographs, and/or video recordings, direct ESP to delete said images, photographs, and/or video recordings, and refuse to allow ESP to further collect, use, or disclose said images, photographs, and/or video recordings of the child.

The procedure for a Parent/Guardian to exercise their parental rights to review said images, photographs, and/or video recordings or request ESP to delete said images, photographs, and/or video recordings or refuse to allow ESP to further collect images, photographs, and/or video recordings, requires Parent/Guardian to contact ESP, located at  4435 McEwen Road, Dallas, Texas 75244, through Michael Scaccia at (214) 389-4001, or by e-mail at info@espfit.net.
